still watching that smokey mountain
It's interesting to me and I guess others. Mt. St Helens wearing a smoky ashy cap continues to fascinate me. In 1980 when she erupted blowing out her north side no longer able to contain the fire in her bones, I was diagnosed with fire in mine. ARTHRITIcE and painted this picture about it.
The bones of the earth relate to a Greek myth in which the GOOD MAN and HIS WIFE all that were left of humanity after one of the many purges, as the gods continued to experiment, were told that they could repopulate the world with THE BONES OF THE EARTH.
It took them many years to figure out what that meant and only then by accident when clearing a field of rocks they tossed them away over their left shoulders. Each rock as it fell to earth sprang back up as a warrior (in one version just a person in another) and I suppose began fight each other forth with. Anyhow, here is "MOUNT ST. HELENS AND ME". in oil paint and four by seven feet 1980.

Age is Relative . . . mine is much more REAL than I thought it was
In fact it's thirteen years more than i thought it was. No wonder I feel and look like a fat mumy . ok there is a way to find out what your REAL AGE is too if you want to. I'm not sure what REAL AGE is, but these people who run this site think they know.
They have extensive plans for you to undertake to make it better. Frankly my real age is killing me but I'd rather have it do that while having fun then ruining the rest of my life with their limited requirements. You gotta live . . .and enjoy it as a positive experience __ exercise too can leave me/you feeling warm an prickly, a good feeling. So be what ever actual numerical age you are and live it in your own usual way in this REAL world.
now to practice what I just PREACHED.
